Disable user input only. Display and
indicators still operational. Any attempted
user input will result in the invalid keypress
tone.
Enable all user controls except when CCDI
commands are being processed. During this
time the radio indicates "CCDI BUSY".
Set as default at power on.
Cancel CCDI request for Rx audio mute.
Mute Rx audio. Can only be overridden by
Squelch Override. Conventional mode only.
