This code of practice covers the installation of mobile radio equipment in land based vehicles and has been developed by the United Kingdom Office of Communication (Ofcom).

    The space for a mating plug is limited to 41mm (1 5/8 inch) in width and 18 mm (11/16 inch) in height. It is recommended that you test the plug to be used before manufacturing a cable. Tait uses IPN 240-00020-55 for the plug.
