6.1.5 Data format

Below, the data format of incremental counter values is described. The data server is not used for the
digital I/Os and the watchdog.

A data packet consists of five fields (field format: 32-bit Little Endian). The data width of all data is
32-bit.
0: Compare logic
1: Frequency measurement
2: Latch value via the digital hardware
trigger
3: Latch value via the synchro trigger
4: Latch value via the index input
