Bouncing on the road pits, colliding with
the unexpected obstacles and driving
in poor road conditions frequently are
important causes of tyre damage and
thus should be avoided when driving.
Check the tyre for such damage regularly
as abnormal wears, cuts, cracks, swell
etc.
Clear all foreign inserts (stones, metal
pieces etc.) which may penetrate the
tyre, for they may damage the tyre
seriously, if you have doubts about
the tyre, have it checked at Dongfeng
Franchise Store or IKCO authorized
representatives.
Do not fit the tyre to whose previous
utilization you have no idea without
consent of specific personnel. Even the
tyre not being used or just being used
occasionally may age. The cracks of
rubber on tyre tread and sides indicate
signs of aging, accompanied by the tyre
deformation usually. Therefore, your old
tyre should be checked by an expert in
order to determine whether it can be
resumed. In a nutshell, all tyres fitted on
the vehicle should be checked regularly
anyway, especially the spare tyre. Be
cautious to use the old tyre, having
it checked frequently and replaced
immediately i n case of abnormalities.
Check the tyre tread for wear regularly,
for the tyre adhesion properties will be
weakened with the aggravation of wear,
the tread wear mark indicates the tyre
use limit, Replace the tyre immediately
when the wear limit is targeted.
Be cautious when driving on the wet
road.
Once a flat tyre occurs, stop the vehicle
