Troubleshooting
If a fault occurs in your Pocket PC, try to fix it with the measures described in this
chapter. If you fail to correct the problem, proceed as follows:
► Make a note of the steps and the circumstances that led to the fault. Also
make a note of any error messages displayed.
► Switch the Pocket PC off.
► Contact your sales outlet or our hotline/help desk.

will be available to you after installing ActiveSync on your computer.
► When installing programs or drivers, important files may be overwritten and modified. You
should make a backup before the installation so that you can still access the original files after

► Tap on the Clock symbol under Start – Settings – System.
► Changing the time

► Connect your Pocket PC to your computer via
ActiveSync.
► Synchronise data between the Pocket PC and the
computer. The time and date are also synchronised
in the process.
