Device lock (key and display lock)
Device lock
With the device lock (key and display lock) you can lock the following elements and functions
of the device during active operation in order to prevent accidental inputs:
•
Application buttons
•
Keyboard
•
Display
•
Accept an incoming call via the Answer button
•
Ending a call via the End button
The device can be switched off even when the device lock is active.
Locking the device
► Press and hold the Enter key.
The device is locked.
Deactivating the device lock
► Press and hold the Enter key.
or
► Press Unlock and the star key consecutively.
The device is unlocked.
FSC KeyLock
FSC KeyLock
Use the FSC KeyLock to prevent accidental "activation" of your Pocket LOOX.
For example, if the device is in your pocket.
Normally, the device is activated if one of the application or telephone keys is pressed.
Activating FSC KeyLock
► Click on Start – Settings – Personal – Buttons – FSC KeyLock.
► Activate Application buttons locked.
Switching on with lock active
► Briefly press the End button.
► Then press and hold the Enter key.
