Removing Finalization

You can remove finalization from a CD-RW disc (
so that the disc can once again be used for recording.
MEMO
• You can't remove finalization from a CD-R disc.
• Removing finalization will not erase the recorded tracks.

Press until "UNFINALIZE" appears in
the display.

The message "Are You Sure?" appears.

To remove finalization, press
(If you decide to cancel, press
Finalization is removed from the disc. During this
process, a timer is displayed, counting-down the time
until the operation is completed.
Counting-down
When finalization has been removed, you're returned
to the original readout.
