Automatic IP address assignment (DHCP) is activated as standard
on delivery. Connect the IP alarm module to a DHCP server (e.g.
your router) using a network cable in order to receive an assigned
IP address automatically.
If the IP alarm module does not detect a DHCP server, then the IP
address 192.168.0.200 (subnet mask 255.255.255.0) is set auto-
matically. The PC must be located in the same network (192.168.0.x)
in order to connect to the IP alarm module. If the PC has a different IP
address, then this must be changed (e.g. 192.168.0.10) for it to be
able to connect. You can now adjust the IP address of the IP alarm
module and then reset the IP address on your PC.
You can also use "CASA10010 – Finder" to search for IP alarm
module in your network. Please refer to "setup.exe" located on CD.
