and
Trunnion" type
joint
at the
transmission end
and
It
"Cross" type
joint
at the rear
axle.
Models
C-73 and C-70 use
two propeller
shafts.
The
fronL shaft
is
equipped with a
"Cross" type joint
at
each end
.
The rear shaft
has
a "Cross" type joint at the
rear
and
is
splined at the front.
The
shafts
are
supported
by a center
bearing mounted
on
the frame
crosS-
member.
Service
procedures
for ]956
are comparable
to
the
procedures
outlined in the
1955
Chrysler
Service Manual, D-15431.
