3-48. AC Voltage Harmonic Amplitude Accuracy (AUX)

The AC Voltage Harmonic Amplitude Accuracy (AUX) tests the accuracy of the 50th
harmonic from the AUX terminals. For this test, set the 5500A output to sinewave. Table
3-35 shows the test points.
