Power Off

Step 1: Power off the screen in the following situations:
If there is no whiteboard data or screenshot(s), press the power button

Go to Step 4.
If there is whiteboard data or screenshot(s), store your meeting documentations

before powering off the touch display. Otherwise, the product will delete your
meeting documentations after the meeting is complete.
Press the power button
remote control. The Save meeting discussion page will be displayed as shown
in the following figure.
Step 2: Press the power button
remote control again. The Warning dialog box will be displayed as shown in the
following figure.
