Setting Options, Without Help Menu

If the 7500 is configured for only one port (i.e., no Second Asynchronous Enhancement Board is
installed), follow the instructions in the next section, Setting Options Without Help Menu Using
Speed as an Example to set your options.
If you have a Second Asynchronous Enhancement Board installed, the option named Setup
determines which port's options are changed when using the Without Help menu. As Table D
indicates, the Setup option is in the fourth display position of List 1 (L1). Follow the instructions in the
next section, Using Speed as an Example to first change the Setup option to your desired setting. The
settings work as follows:
If Setup = B or 1, port 1's options will be displayed.
If Setup = 2, port 2's options will be displayed.
If Setup = B, port 1's options will be displayed, but any changes will affect both ports.
