Always use safety goggles when working
with the thicknesser.
Please ensure that the thicknesser has
suffi cient operational room on all sides. Use
a roller frame, or something similar, if you
are working with long items.
Please do not attempt to increase the
thicknesser's insertion speed by manually
pressing items.
Only the planer must be used when planing
boards and planks.
Never stand directly in front of the insertion

jump out of the planer, you stand the risk of
being struck by the board or other debris.
Please check that the item to be processed

Never use bent saw blades, or saw blades
which have teeth missing.
Never use saw blades which are too big.
Always use safety gloves when handling
the saw blade. Never place your hand in the
vicinity of the saw blade and never attempt
to remove materials from the work surface
whilst the saw blade is spinning.
Use an insertion pin, or block, to help insert
the item to be processed into the saw blade.
Always keep the spindle and fl anges used
for assembling the saw blades clean.
