MACHINE DESCRIPTION

1 Blade Tension knob
Allows you to loosen and tighten the blade
2 blade length gauge
for attaching the blade adapters at the proper
length of operation
3 drop foot lock knob
Lock with this knob your drop foot after having
set it in the desired height
4 table insert positon picture
positioned for pin type blades
5 table insert position picture
positioned for plain end blades
6 sawdust blower
For best results direct the air flow at blade and
workpiece. To adjust, loosen the set screw in the
drop foot assembly, position the tube and retigh-
ten the set screw. Do not overtighten.
7 drop foot (security device)
The foot should be positioned in a way so that it
rests slightly on top of the workpiece.
Its main aim is to prevent the workpiece from kick-
back through the blades upward movement.
8 table insert (4&5 for possible positions)
always have the table insert in place and in level
with the table.
9 table
10 ON/OFF Switch
11 power cord
12 port for external dust collection
alllows you to attach any 1 1/4" vacuum hose for
external sawdust removal
13 table lock knob
loosen it to tilt the table to the desired angle. Fix it
to secure the table in the chosen positon.
14 degree scale
Shows the degree the table is tilted
