F. Select X-ray intensity.
Depending on the circumference of the patient's head,
X-ray intensity may be classified as Hard, Normal, or Soft :
Soft ≤ Normal ≤ Hard

G. Default values for the tube voltage (kVp) and current (mA) will be displayed
based on the patient's gender and X-ray intensity. If necessary, you may
manually adjust these values using the arrows to the right of each value.
H. Click CONFIRM to accept the parameters.
When you click the CONFIRM button:
■ The READY button will begin blinking to show that it is activate.
■ The scan time and estimated DAP (Dose Area Product) value are shown on
the main display for the intended exposure.
I. Guide the patient to the equipment. Refer to section 7.2 Positioning the
Patient.
