3-2. CAMERA SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT
(CA-31 AND CA-33 BOARDS)
This adjustment should be performed after following items is done.
. Replacement of CA-31 board or its mounted part
. Replacement of CA-33 board or its mounted part
. Replacement of overall optical block
. Replacement of lens
Basically, a camera is adjusted automatically. (The zooming must be partially
performed by manual operation.)
Put the unit into the CAM_TEST mode while referring to how to enter the camera
test mode in the 2-2 item. In this mode, the automatic camera adjustment is carried
out by operating the (UP),

(UP) : Increases the page, function, and data of a register.
(*) The routine set to Page and Func is automatically executed
when the EXECUTE button is selected.
(DOWN) : Decreases the page, function, and data of a register.
(*) The routine set to Page and Func is automatically executed
when the EXECUTE button is selected.
EXECUTE : Changes the selection block (in which characters become red).
(Changes it in the order of page, function, data, and execute.)
After set to the register below using the buttons above, the corresponding automatic
adjustment is executed when the
the EXECUTE button selected.
1. All Preset
All camera system register is preset by this operation.

1) Set Page to 0.
2) Set Function to 0.
3) Set Data to 0.
4) Execute.
2. Focus (Zoom Tracking) Adjustment
Perform the focus adjustment in the procedure (steps 1 to 4) below.
Subject: Chart for flange-back adjustment (Siemens star chart : reflection type)
Place the chart 426 mm away from the lens tip for wide-angle position.
Set the illuminance approximately 800 lux or so that shutter speed is 1/60 to
1/30 at F2.8.
