(4) Functions of remote I/O signals
Turns on when a remote I/O error occurs on CC-Link/LT side or when all
stations or remote stations become faulty. Automatically turns off upon
recovery from the error.
Turns on during normal operation.

error occurs on a CC-Link/LT side.
