Call technical support at 877-261-1374 and provide the following information to initiate a call:
• Model number
• Serial number
• Status of LED light(s)
• Steady or flashing
• Error message or code

The CDD has no user-serviceable part and needs no maintenance interventions.
Do not attempt to dismantle the equipment or make any internal repairs!. Any attempt to open
the equipment could comprise the integrity of the casing's insulation and violate the integrity
of the NEMA 1 rating and/or create a hazard.
When cleaning, DO NOT use rags made of filamentary material or corrosive products that may damage
parts of the equipment or generate electrostatic charges.
