To see the current reservation: Displayed by default.
To see other reservations on the day: Press the left or right arrow or the red reservation block.
To see more details: Press the "Details" button to view reservation, invitee (Microsoft Exchange calendar
systems only), and room information.
To terminate the current reservation: Press the "End" button. *
To extend or shorten the current reservation: Press the "Adjust" button.*
To grab an available room: Press the "Use Now" button. *
* These touch screen functions may be disabled by your system administrator
