The Start Early Button

If you have a reservation and the room is available prior to the reservation start time, you can start the meeting
early to extend the reservation if your system manager has enabled the "start early" option.
To start a meeting early:
1 Press the "Start Early" button on the RoomWizard.
The RoomWizard touch screen displays "Start Early" and updates the room reservation schedule.

Overlapping Reservations

Most calendar systems allow overlapping reservations to occur. In this case, during the time of the overlap,
RoomWizard displays each reservation for about five seconds and cycles through each reservation in turn. While
a reservation appears in the touch screen, you can press the "Details," "Adjust," and "End" buttons for that
reservation.
RoomWizard also adds a number button on the touch screen for each overlapping reservation. You can press a
number to see reservation details immediately without waiting for the screen to cycle.
