One-Click Publishing

RoomWizard is a web-based system and so is the CopyCam Image Capture system. As a result, the One-Click
Publishing option provides a web-based communication link between a meeting room's RoomWizard and the
CopyCam whiteboard in the room.
When a meeting room includes a CopyCam whiteboard system with the One-Click Publishing option, the
RoomWizard appliance near the door includes this icon:
You can press that icon at any time to view information about One-Click Publishing on the touch screen.
CopyCam whiteboards enable you to capture meeting notes written on the whiteboard in a snapshot file with the
press of a button. With the One-Click Publishing option, the whiteboards are integrated with RoomWizard so
RoomWizard automatically emails the captured whiteboard notes from your meeting.
Because RoomWizard, the whiteboard, and the corporate calendar system are all synchronized, the meeting
host and invitees of the current reservation receive emails that contain the captured whiteboard notes. They all
receive any whiteboard notes captured in that room during your reservation.
