To end the current reservation before the specified end time:

Press the "End" button on the RoomWizard.

Press "Yes" to confirm.

Your system administrator can disable the "End" and "Adjust" options. If so, these buttons do not appear on the
RoomWizard touch screen.
After a confirmation, RoomWizard terminates your reservation. The timeline on the RoomWizard and in the
calendar system indicate that the room is available.
If you decide during a reservation that your meeting will take more or less time than you originally anticipated, you
can adjust your reservation from the RoomWizard touch panel to let others know of the change. You can extend
your reservation unless there is a schedule conflict with another reservation.

You can only "Adjust" a reservation that is currently under way.
To adjust the current reservation end time:

Press the "Adjust" button on the RoomWizard touch screen. RoomWizard displays the current reservation
end time and buttons labeled "+" and "-."

Press the "+" or "-" button to add or remove time from the current reservation.
