This setting maintains a temperature of 85 ºC in the
oven with top/bottom heating. You can set a cooking
time of 24 to 73 hours.
During this time, food in the cooking compartment will
remain warm without you having to switch the oven
on or off.
Prerequisite: you have selected Sabbath mode Yes"
in the basic settings. See the Basic settings section.
1. Press the " button.
3D hot air, 160 ºC is suggested in the display.
2. Turn the rotary selector anti clockwise and select
the Sabbath mode type of heating.
3. Open the menu for the time setting options with
the 0 button and switch to the cooking time with
the ¿ button.
27:00 hours is suggested.
4. Use the rotary selector to set the desired cooking
time.
5. Exit the menu for the time setting options with the
0 button.
6. Press the † button.
Sabbath mode starts.
The oven stops heating.
It is not possible to set a later end time.
Press and hold the † button until 3D hot air, 160 ºC
appears. You can now make new settings.
