Problem
The oven door cannot be opened.
"Set clock" appears in the status
bar. The time displayed is not the
current time.
"Select language" appears in the
settings area on the right.
The H symbol is displayed.
The oven does not heat up or the
type of heating selected cannot be
set.

"Demo" is displayed in the status
bar.
"Automatic switch off" appears in
the status bar.

oven switches off
If an error message with E is displayed, press
the 0 button. This cancels the error message.
You may then have to reset the time. If the error
appears again, call the after sales service.
You may be able to take remedial action yourself if the
following error messages are displayed.
Possible cause
A button was
pressed for too long
or has jammed.
The temperature
in the cooking
compartment is
too high.
Remedial action/notes
Set the current time with the rotary
selector and press the 0 button.
The language set remains unchanged
following a power failure.
Wait until the cooking compartment
has cooled down. The H symbol goes
out. You can open the oven door
again.
Set once again.
Switch the fuse in the fuse box off
and back on again after approx.
20 seconds. Within the next 2 minutes
hold the @ button down for four
seconds until "Demo" disappears from
the status bar.
Press any button. The text disappears.
You can make new settings.
Notes/remedial action
Press all buttons separately. Check that
the buttons are clean. If the error
message remains, please contact the
after sales service.
The oven door locks. Wait until the
cooking compartment has cooled down.
Cancel the error message with the
0 button.
