Operational Conditions

The diversity supervision is characterised by a number of parameters
which are implemented as software constants. The parameter values are
selected so that the risk of false disturbances during normal operation is
negligible:

Channel utilisation threshold
Minimum channel utilisation ratio
Disturbance threshold
The disturbance filter characteristics will give the time to alarm. If
100% of the observation periods causes a disturbance, the time to alarm
will be 50 minutes. If the disturbance ratio is less than 50% no alarm
will be raised.
If 100% of the observation periods indicates no disturbance, the alarm
will be terminated after 100 minutes. If the disturbance ratio is more
than 15%, the alarm will not be terminated.
