Description: Sets the active measurement to RF Summary, sets the default

measurement parameters, triggers a new measurement and returns
Channel Power, Channel Power RRC,
Occupied Bandwidth, DwPTS Power, UpPTS Power, ON/OFF Ratio,
Slot PAR,
Left Channel Power, Right Channel Power, Left Channel Occupied
Bandwidth,
Right Channel Occupied Bandwidth. It is a combination of the following
commands :CONFigure:RF SUMMary and :READ:RF:SUMMary?
To make a RF Summary measurement with settings other than the
default values send: :CONFigure:RF SUMMary Commands to set
desired settings :READ:RF:SUMMary?
Data is returned as 11 comma-delimited values: Channel Power,
Channel Power RRC, Occupied Bandwidth, DwPTS Power, UpPTS
Power, ON/OFF Ratio, Slot PAR,
Left Channel Power, Right Channel Power, Left Channel Occupied
Bandwidth,
Right Channel Occupied Bandwidth. All invalid values are replaced
with "--".
Power units are in watt or dBm as per what is set by the user.
Frequency is always in Hz.
