Using TPM (Trusted Platform Module)

TPM is a hardware-based security feature that can be used to create and manage
computer-generated digital certificates. When combined with security software, the
TPM enhances existing network and computer security by enabling features such as
file protection capabilities and protected e-mail.
NOTE:
Make sure you select Enable on the TPM Support item under the Security menu
of your BIOS Setup (see chapter 5 for details).
Make sure you select Enable & Activate on the Change TPM State item under
the Security menu of your BIOS Setup (see chapter 5 for details).
You can use the certificates to:
Send and receive secure email from email clients
Set up browser and web server for Client Authentication
Sign Microsoft Word macros
Encrypt files and folders
Secure network connections
