Hydraulic-Fluid Level (Non-TC Model with the
High-Flow-Hydraulic Kit (option) or TC Model)

2. Remove the cap and dipstick from the filler neck
of the reservoir and wipe the dipstick clean with
a rag (Figure 23 and

Checking the Engine-Coolant
Level
Service Interval: Before each use or daily Check

1. Park the machine on a level surface.
CAUTION
If the engine has been running, the
pressurized, hot coolant can escape and
cause burns.
• Do not open the radiator cap.
• Allow the engine to cool at least 15

minutes or until the radiator cap is
cool enough to touch without burning
your hand.
• Use a rag when opening the reserve
tank cap, and open the cap slowly to
allow steam to escape.
• Do not check the coolant level at the
radiator; check the coolant level only
at the reserve tank.
2. Check the coolant level at the reserve tank
(Figure 25).
Note:
The coolant should be up to the bottom
of the filler neck.
