With the following tools, all described disassembly and repair work can be done:

Torque screwdriver with tamper
proof security Torx bit T9

Torx screwdriver for security
screws, Pin-TX9
Phillips screwdriver no. 1
Flat head screwdriver, suggested
blade width: 4 mm
Flat nose pliers
Pointed pliers
Hook
Fork wrench no. 12
Hose cutter (special tool)
Cutter knife
Heat conducting paste
Repair stand (manufactured by
service centre)
Towel, cleaning utensils
Applications
1 screw for HMI module (1)
6 screws for base cover (10)
3 screws on the ring for housing right (4) and
housing left (5)
2 screws on locking handle (16)
2 screws on magnet holder (part of 30)
1 screw for metal sheet in extraction head (near reed
switch)
2 screws for strain relief clip on power cord
To open latches and snap connections.
To remove connectors from main PCB.
Flat receptacles
Hose clips
Remove filter of water tank connector
Spring clip for NTC temperature sensor
Springs in extraction head.
Adjustable high pressure pump outlet.
Cut off pressure hoses.
Cut new pressure hoses to length
To remove hot stamped supports of

hall sensor PCB on extraction head
-
micro switch for detection of head position.
Contact surface of NTC temperature sensor
To fix the coffee machine in an upside down posi-
tion for repair
Wipe away leaking water, final cleaning
