Setting temperature
The selected temperature is shown in a bar
display on the display above the button. The more
bars that are displayed, the higher the tempera-
ture of the air flowing into the interior.
Increasing temperature
f Press button for temperature K up.
Reducing temperature
f Press button for temperature K down.

f For maximum cooling
activate circulating-air button

on the display above the button. The more bars
that are displayed, the more air flows into the

Reducing air quantity
f Press button for air quantity E down.
If the air quantity was reduced so much that "OFF"
appears on the display, the supply of air from the
outside is interrupted.

Risk of accident due to hampered vision. The
windows may mist up in the air quantity
setting "OFF".
f Push button E up (to increase air quantity).

Air to central and side vents
f Press button
The air flows from the central and side vents.
Vents must be open.
Air to footwell
f Press button
The air flows to the footwell.

Switching on circulating-air mode

Warning!
Risk of accident due to hampered vision.
In circulating-air mode, the windows may
mist up.
f Only select circulating-air mode for short
periods.
f If the windows mist up, switch circulating-air
mode off immediately by pressing the circu-
lating-air button again and select the
"Windscreen defrost" function.
f Press button

The indicator light in the button lights up.
The outside-air supply is interrupted and only
the inside air is circulated.
