III. IMPRINTER MOUNTING PROCEDURE
No.
1 Make sure that all parts are ready.
IP drain unit
IP carriage
IP shaft
Resin clip (white)
Screw (BH, M3x6)
IP label
User's manual
Note:
Since the electrical contacts of the IP
carriage are exposed, handle it
carefully to avoid damage due to static
electricity.
2 Remove the rear cover.
Note: Refer to "CHAPTER 3: DISASSEMBLY
& REASSEMBLY".
3 Remove the left and right covers.
Note:
Refer to "CHAPTER 3: DISASSEMBLY
& REASSEMBLY".
4 Insert the IP drain unit into the hole on the left
side of the machine, in the direction of the
arrow, as far as it will go. Be careful to orient the
unit correctly. Place the inserted tip into the hole
on the right side of the machine.
Note: Insert the unit vertically at the left side
of the machine.
