DI water connection (pressure-
resistant) for 60 - 1000 kPa pressure
The machine is equipped for
connection to a pressure-resistant
system at 60 - 1000 kPa (8.8-145 psi).
When the water pressure (flow
pressure) is below 150 kPa (22 psi), the
water intake time is automatically
extended.

inch thread to the DI water shut-off
faucet.

If the washer-disinfector is not
connected to a DI source, the wash
and disinfection programs will need
to be adjusted accordingly by Miele
Service.
The water intake hose remains on
the rear of the machine.
DI water connection (unpressurized)
for 8.5 - 60 kPa (optional)
For the connection to 8.5 - 60 kPa
(1.24-8.8psi), the machine must be
modified if this has not already been
done at the factory (special option). If a
feed pump is to be installed, this must
only be done through Miele Service.
The discharge port for any DI container
(unpressurized) must be at least as
high as the upper edge of the machine
(see "Installation instructions").
