Using a 3mm Allen key and a 8 mm spanner, remove screws
"A"
and corresponding nuts and washers "A
Repeat the procedure for both sides of the wheelchair. Raise or
lower the back to the desired height.
Replace the screws into the nearest pre-drilled holes in the
frame and tighten.
When adjusting the backrest height make sure that the
height on the left is the same as the height on the right.
After carrying out the adjustment make sure that the
screws and nuts are securely tightened.

6.4 Front wheels replacement

No adjustment is possible for the
front forks.
However, the front fork allows the
assembly of both 3" and 4"
(standard)
casters
without
changing the front height.
To change the caster (fig. 43),
remove the bolts "A" (4mm Allen
key) and move the caster to the
other pre-drilled hole on the fork.
The 4" caster is mounted on the upper hole while the 3"
caster on the lower hole.

Should the existing casters be moved to other hole, the
front height is changed and the fork inclination will no
longer be perpendicular to the ground due to the
impossibility to adjust its inclination.
6.5
Backrest angle adjustment
In order to ensure the best possible position of the upper body the
JOKER ENERGY backrest can be adjusted from an open angle
(tilted backward) of 4° to a closed angle (tilted forward) of 16° .
In order to adjust the back support angle, loosen screws "D" and "E"
using a 10 mm spanner. To adjust the backrest support:
Loosen the two bolts "D" and "E" (10mm spanner)
Adjust the support to the desired inclination
Tighten the two bolts firmly
