KEYPAD DESCRIPTION
The meter's 12 push‐button keypad activates features, augments functions selected by
the rotary switch, and allows the navigation of the displayed menu structure
F1‐F2‐F3‐F4 keys
Selects sub‐functions related to the currently selected primary
mode set by the rotary switch
Cursor buttons
Use the cursor buttons to selected items in a menu tree, adjust
display contrast, scroll information, and perform data entry
HOLD button
Freezes the displayed reading and, if desired, saves the screen shot. The HOLD button
also accesses the AUTO HOLD feature which is detailed in this Instruction Manual
MAX/MIN button
Starts and stops the Maximum (MAX) and Minimum (MIN) reading memory
OK button
Confirms data entry
Rotary Switch
Selects the primary measurement function; for each, the meter presents a standard
display for that function (range, measurement units, and modifiers). See table below:

Selects backlight intensity from low to high. Also used to return from an auto‐power
