When the top is clean, we have to clean the ash reservoir placed on the bottom of the thermo-stove. To do it, it is necessary to remove the
lower decorative plate (depending on the thermo-stove model instead of this decorative plate you will find the front chamber) (see drawing
D21) and then, do the next operations:
-
Remove the reservoir cover unscrewing
the different screws (see drawing D22).
-
Clean the ashes deposited on the
reservoir, descale the soot deposited
(see drawing D23).
-
Cleaning the extractor forks and shell.
Remove the extractor if necessary (see
drawing D23).
-
Replace the pieces.
-
Check the seal integrity of the reservoir.

SEASONAL STOPPAGES
If the thermo-stove is not going to be used for a long time it is advisable to leave the fuel tank empty, as well as the endless-screw in order to
avoid the fuel compacting or gaining moisture and expanding. It is necessary to clean the thermo-stove and the smoke duct by removing the
ash and other residues, close all doors of the equipment. It is recommended to clean the chimney at least once a year. Meanwhile, check the
seals because if they are not in good condition (they do not seal the door), they do not ensure the proper operation of the thermo-stove! For
this reason, it would be necessary to change them. If there is humidity in the place where the thermo-stove is installed, put absorbent salts
inside the equipment. Protect the internal parts with neutral vaseline in order to keep the appearance overtime time.

MAINTENANCE REVIEW
It is also advisable to check and clean at least once a year, the
existing ash reservoir in the bottom and the top part of the thermo-
stove.
Your thermo-stove has a preventive maintenance notice established
at 1200 hours of operation, which will remember you of the need to
clean the reservoirs of your thermo-stove. These operations should
be done exclusively by an authorised technician.
This message is not an alarm, but a reminder or warning. Therefore, it will allow you to use satisfactorily the thermo-stove while this message
is shown in the display (see drawing D24).
Please, bear in mind that the thermo-stove could need to be cleaned before the 1200 hours established by default or even after this. This
depends on the quality of the fuel used, the smoke installation, and the proper regulation of the thermo-stove.
In the following table (also pasted on your thermo-stove in the fuel tank cover) you can check the frequency of the maintenance tasks and
who must do them.
