The Web Interface

IP Static Route Web Screen

The IP Static Route Configuration screen displays a read-only list all entered destination devices or
networks and their static routing attributes. Information displayed on this is compiled from data
entered at the command line interface or derived from the IP address and mask. For more
information, refer to Chapter 3:
provided at the Command Line web screen.

Configuring SC-IP with Smart CLI
Displays the IP address configured for destination devices, networks or interfaces.
Displays the configured IP address of the next hop or gateway address that must be used
to forward the packet out the corresponding 'interface.'
Displays the value (0-255) used by the router to determine the 'cost' of using the route. If
a destination can be reached by two or more routes, the one with the lowest cost is used.
Specifies which logical port will be used to forward the received IP packet:
ethernet0 (LAN port),
serial0 (T1port) or serial0. nnn (DLCI nnn on T1 port)
serial1 (synchronous DTE port) or serial1. nnn (DLCI nnn on T1 port)
modem0 (modem port)
Displays the Layer 2 protocol for the interface (UP or DOWN).
Displays the type of route.
