CAUTION
Mixing brands, sizes or types of
tyres on your vehicle (other than
the tyre brand/size/type
originally installed on your
vehicle) could cause you to lose
control while driving and may
also damage the vehicle. Be
sure to use the correct brand,
size and type tyres on all wheels.
CAUTION
Make sure that you dispose of
old tyres in accordance with
environmental protection
regulations to help protect the
environment.

Tyre Chains

Before using any tyre chains,
remove the wheel covers (if
equipped).
Follow the chain manufacturer's
instructions.
Secure the chains on the front tyres
as tightly as possible.
Retighten the chains after driving
about 1 km.
Tyre chains are not recommended
for the rear tyres.
Section 4
CAUTION
Use of snow chains could
adversely affect vehicle
handling. Do not exceed
50 km/h or the speed limit
recommended by the
manufacturer, whichever is
lower. Avoid sharp turns,
bumps and holes. Also avoid
locked-wheel braking.
