The Participant Monitoring Filter dialog box opens.
4. Select the appropriate check boxes that indicate the statuses to monitor.
The following statuses may be selected:

Description
Participants who have problems connecting to the
conference.
Participants who have requested the operator's
assistance and have yet to be assisted by the
operator.
Participants who wanted to ask questions, were
added to the Question-and-Answer Queue and are
now waiting for their turn to ask a question.
Participants who the MCU detected as having noisy
lines.
