WARNING - To reduce the risk of personal injury or death:
• Read and understand all the instructions before using the inversion table. It is your
responsibility to familiarize yourself with the proper use of the equipment and the inherent
risks of inversion, such as falling on your head or neck, pinching, entrapment or
equipment failure.
• Do not allow children to use the machine.
• Keep children, bystanders, and pets away from the machine while in use.
• Keep body parts, hair, loose clothing and jewelry clear of all moving parts.
• Height/ Weight capacity: 4ft 8in - 6ft 6in (142-198 cm); 300 lbs (136 kgs).
• This product is for indoor household use only.
• DO NOT use below garage floor or grade level.
DANGER - To reduce risk of electric shock, always unplug this appliance from the electrical
outlet before cleaning.

• DO NOT leave unattended when plugged in. Unplug before putting on or taking off parts.
• NEVER operate if it has a damaged cord or plug, or if it has been dropped or damaged.

• NEVER operate the appliance with the air opening blocked.
• Connect this appliance to a properly grounded outlet only.
GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS
This product must be grounded. If it should malfunction or breakdown, grounding
provides a path of least resistance for electric current to reduce the risk of electric shock.
This product is equipped with a cord having an equipment-grounding conductor and a
grounding plug. The plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly
installed and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
DANGER - Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk
of electric shock. Check with a qualified electrician or serviceman if you are in doubt as
to whether the product is properly grounded. Do not modify the plug provided with the
product - if it will not fit the outlet have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.
This product is for use on a nominal 120v AC 60Hz 1a circuit* and has a grounding plug.
Make sure that the product is connected to an outlet having the same configuration as
the plug. No adapter** should be used with this product.
*Unless otherwise specified due to special order
**For outside USA only: use a certified, grounded adapter.

TIPPING HAZARD: For upright storage, leave A-Frame open wide enough to remain stable, or secure to the wall to prevent tipping. In households with
small children, the table should be stored flat on the floor, not upright.
