Troubleshooting LCI,
Only Some of the Modules Display in the Module Tree
If some, but not all, of your modules display in the module tree, the cause may be
that a device has been added since the software last polled the chassis.
Follow these steps to refresh the display.
1. In the command bar, click Refresh.
Result: The LCI Detect Configuration window displays.
2. If the COM Port and the Chassis ID are set properly, press Start. If either
one is set incorrectly, perform the procedure in None of the Modules Display
in the Module Tree above, to change the parameter.
3. Exit LCI and then restart it for the change to take effect.
Result: All of the installed modules should now display in the module tree.
