Connecting Network and Power Sources Your conference phone can obtain power from either the network through the network cable, called Power over Ethernet (PoE), or from an AC adapter.

If the file server type is something OTHER than HTTP a new phone cannot be upgraded and will not access the 46xxsettings file without manual intervention.
