Adjusting the shock absorbers (Prowler XT/Wildcat Trail)
NOTE
The spring pre-tensioning of the shock absorbers can be adjusted continu-
ously to adapt the suspension to the different terrain and load conditions.
Adjusting the spring pre-tensioning:
1.
Remove dirt and deposits from the
sleeve (2).
2.
Relieve shock absorber.
3.
To make the suspension harder: turn
nut (1) clockwise using a suitable hook
wrench from the on-board tool kit.
4.
To make the suspension softer: turn
nut (1) anti-clockwise using a suitable
hook wrench from the on-board tool
kit.

NOTE
The shock absorbers can be
adjusted to adapt the suspension
to the different terrain and load
conditions. The front shock
absorbers have a sleeve (1) with
five adjusting positions for the
spring pre-tensioning. The rear
shock absorbers have a fix spring
pre-tensioning and additionally a
variable air damping.
