name as n1000v already exists, cannot
reconfigure DVS test. A specified parameter was

Description
This error indicates that a DVS with the same
name already exists.
This warning is displayed when the VSM tries to
delete the port profile if the VSM is not aware of
the nics attached to the port groups.
