'Active': One-off settings can be made during preparation (e.g.
coffee strength or amount of water).

'Inactive': One-off settings cannot be made during prepara-
tion. The product is prepared according to the settings in pro-
gramming mode
Example: Proceed as follows to disable one-off settings during prep-
aration.

water for the cup size' is deactivated. The amount of water
cannot be adjusted to the cup size by pressing and holding
the relevant preparation button.
Example: Proceed as follows to disable the function 'Permanently
setting the amount of water for the cup size'.
