Power supply connector

1.0 A power supply to the rear panel power supply socket
(see figure 2

power before wiring.

1. Cut the DC output cord to the length needed.
2. Strip the jacket to expose 3/16 inch (5 mm) of the

Slide the exposed end of the wire into the captive screw connector and secure by
tightening the screw.

Use the supplied tie wrap to strap the power cord to the extended tail of the

The length of the exposed wires in the stripping process is critical. The ideal
length is 3/16 inches (5 mm). Any longer and the exposed wires may touch,
causing a short circuit between them. Any shorter and the wires can be
easily pulled out even if tightly fastened by the captive screws.
