To download the latest version of the firmware for your product, follow these instructions:

Power on a computer that is connected to the same network as the distribution amplifier.
On the Extron website, click

Follow the on-screen instructions to download the firmware. Make a note of where the
firmware file is stored on the PC.

Download the latest version of the firmware to your PC.
Connect the PC to the DA HD 4K device. You can connect the computer to either the rear
panel 3-pole RS-232 port (figure
