3.18 StratusPMC Video I/O Breakout Cable

The StratusPMC Video I/O Breakout Cable uses the MDSM15 connector
to bring in NTSC/PAL/S-Video and high speed RGBHV video inputs and
provide composite and S-Video out. It is used on the StratusPMC
versions which have the MDSM connector documented in
Section 3.9
