Steps
1
Route the control panel cable through the side wall of the system.
2
Align the control panel with the control panel slot on the system and attach the control panel to the system.
3
Connect the control panel cable to the system board connector and secure it using cable latch.
4
Using Phillips #1 screwdriver, install the screws that secure the control panel and cable tube to the system.

Ensure that you note the routing of the cables as you remove them from the system board. You must route the
cables properly when you replace them to prevent the cables from being pinched or crimped.

Remove the air shroud.
4
Remove the cooling fan assembly.
Steps
1
Disconnect the VGA cable from the system board.
2
Pull the cable latch and disconnect the control panel cable from the system board connector.
3
Using Phillips #1 screwdriver, remove the screws that secure the control panel and cable tube to the system.
