4.9 Cleaning or replacing UV lamps in the
door
WARNING!
Acrylic glass panels unusable due to soiling!
Soiling on the panels is burned in by the hot lamps and
results in the long term in unserviceable panels.
– Remove fingerprints and other soiling carefully.
Door handle:
– Remove the screws and remove door handle.
This work step is not applicable on devices with privacy shield.
Acrylic glass panel:
– Remove the screws.
– Remove the acrylic glass panel and carefully lay it aside.
Upper lamp cover:
– Loosen screws 3-4 mm.
– Take off the lamp cover.
Replacing lamps: see page 45.
Replacing starters: see page 47.
The assembly is the same process in reverse order.
