Manufacturer's guarantee

Ergoline accepts liability for any system defects that arise in accordance
with the following regulations on behalf of customers who have pur-
chased an Ergoline solarium for private or commercial utilisation from
one of Ergoline's sales partners; consumable parts such as UV high
pressure lamps (burner), UV low voltage lamps (tubes) and starters as
well as the acrylic-glass sunbed itself are not covered by the warranty.
The warranty stipulates that Ergoline will eliminate any defects within a
time period predetermined by Ergoline by repairing or exchanging the de-
fective part.
Claims made in accordance with this warranty can be lodged with Ergo-
line or the Ergoline sales partner from whom the product was purchased
on presentation of the warranty card or invoice; this warranty is valid for
a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
This does not affect the rights of the customer under the existing guaran-
tee with regard to any claims that the customer might have in accordance
with the contract of purchase.
